I check your situation and it seems that the website layout which you mentioned, is the same in the Cusomizer and the front-end.
I checked all the elements size and margins and they seems to be fine.

Yes everything looks the same on the home page, because I got rid of the old design. Unfortunately, I still got the same problem.
Please check this page in customiser and in the browser, and take a look on the text at the top and bottom. It should be boxed with 500 pixel content width. When you open the same page in the browser you will see that the text is stretched out.

I have been checking your page layout. Could you please tell me where do you set the 500px max-width?
There seems to be some style overriding happening and I need to make sure where is this coming form.
