Links on Phlox theme does not work on Internet Explorer

  • Hello,

     

    Just used the Phlox theme to make a new website.

    The links on the page does work on Firefox and Chrome but not on Internet Explorer.

    What did i do wrong? Or is the theme faulty?

    Using version 1.7.1 now.

    Thank you for choosing the Phlox.

    There is no problem regrading theme display on Internet Explorer.
    Please check your Internet options for configuration. Maybe it is set to a proxy server or a VPN.

    It’s on all Internet Explorer Pc’s, not only mine.
    As soon as i select the phlox theme the links dissapear.
    Try ktservice.nl on Internet Explorer yourself, then you see what i mean.

    Hi.
    Please notice that we test our products on every major web browser including Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge.

    There is most probably some custom configuration running on your PCs that causing the problem.

    Please see the attached screenshots which I have taken from your website on IE v11 and Microsoft Edge.

    I assume you test your themes on every browser.
    But if your on the page in ie11 or edge, try to click on the occasions button. That does not work.
    Thats why my question. Its not an configuration problem in IE11

    OK, I can see your problem. Sorry for misunderstanding.

    Please take a look at the Demo page of the Phlox, you can see that they work just fine with Internet Explorer.
    So the Phlox by itself is not responsible for the malfunction of the links and clearly there is something else that causing the problem.

    Please provide a temporary Administrator account so that we can investigate your situation in more details.

    Hi.
    I can see that you didn’t install Phlox Elements plugin. I tried to install it but your host information was not valid.
    Please install and activate that and check again and let us know the result.
