Blog Layout Options Missing

  • Whenever I change my blog archive page options to anything other than Default, the page turns up missing. I really want to use the grid layout. Please advise!

    I cant describe it any better than I already did.

    Any other layout besides DEFAULT returns a page not found error .

    I see other threads complaining about this issues as well, so it is not an isolated issues.

    Please advise.

    Dear aphrospice,
    It seems there is a misunderstanding here, I said I checked it on my side which I meant I checked it on my computer and it works fine. since I had no access to your admin I could not check it on your site. I hope this explanation is enough for you.

    Please be patient I need to ask one of our developers to check it on your site.

    Ok I am trying but I am having issues with hostgator.

    Also I forgot to mention that there seems to be a conflict with Phlox and Coursepress, an LMS I am using.

    Could you please provide more details about the possible conflict between Phlox and Coursepress?
    To be sure, please try to isolate this situation by deactivating Coursepress temporarily and then check to see if the problem still persists.

    If that didn’t worked, then we will need the FTP access to your host as requested previously.
